Change Actions to Waiting on

Hello,I wrote action "write email to JB" > after I do that I need change action to "waiting on"

How can I do this ( I can change php files I know PHP and MySQL)

Edit the item, and above the item's title there is Convert to Waiting On

If you don't see it like in the pic then there's a setting that needs to be turned on.

In Configure->User Preferences on the 'Advanced Tab'
Add checks to:
Display all possible fields, when editing any item
Enable option of changing the types of any item (rather than just inbox items)

 IT's too big to see it.

I look on it only on like lite-yelow bakround area..
