I've just installed 0.9b1 as a new installation.

Everything was going well, ie playing with the test data, until I added a password to the directory and now I get:
Code:
Error 1064 in query 'getitems': 'You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 10'
Error 1064 in query 'getitems': 'You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 10'

but it's not the permissions, as I've just taken them off and the same message appears.

MySQL client version: 4.1.22

OK: apologies... finally found something in TRAC and the documentation; but...

When I add the line
Code:
php_flag register_globals off

to the .htaccess file I get a 500 error and this in the error logs:
Code:
Invalid command 'php_flag', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

OK, not sure what's going on here, but reading previous issues I guessed that the Config page should have something in it??

so i restored defaults and all's good again.

That's great, but is it also not odd???  Roll Eyes

Yes, that is odd. What PHP version have you got?

GTD-PHP revision     604
GTD-PHP version    0.9beta
GTD-PHP database    0.8z.09
GTD-PHP theme    default
PHP    4.4.9
Database    5.0.67-community

But it's all OK now: accessed it OK from work and OK from home: by the looks of it all the settings got overwritten somehow. Setting back to default fixed it  Wink
