My deck of cards with nextactions is now a regular part of me - whenever leaving the house, its always check "wallet - keys - nextaction cards"!

One of the nice things about GTD is the flexibility afforded to how one implements it.

Nice job with the nextactioncards.

I need a system with a lot of redundancy - (I mirror my files on a bunch of different machines). I've tried paper-only systems and I would frequently leave things in the wrong location (i.e., at the office when I needed it at home).

Way too high tech for me - when I get too gadget oriented, my GTD system breaks down. Now I implement totally on paper. See www.nextactioncards.com for what I think is the simplest task management solution.
